With Upavishta konasana there was a great stretch in my lower body. When I bent down in the asana, my lower back and spine stretched and I could feel blood rushing in my head region. My hands also stretched. There was contraction in my abdomen region. I couldn’t bend for a long time in forward bending. Preparation for chakrasan is difficult for me as it is repetition of up and down movements. I could rather stay in position for more than 50 counts. Later breathing exercises I could feel lines expansion and mind calm.
